Caraline's 2 Year Check-up

I took Caraline in today for her 2 year check-up. I was nervous about this visit because I knew she would be getting shots. She weighed in at 27 pounds which put her in the 50th percentile (the highest she has ever been). She was almost 35 inches tall which put her in the 73rd percentile! WOW! We still think she is going to be a tall young lady which keeps Jason's hopes up that she will be a volley ball player :) Dr. Rosser said that everything looked great and that Caraline was above average on language/intelligence which we already knew. He told me not to worry so much about her sucking her thumb at this point. Overall she was perfect! Not only did she get a shot but also a finger prick! She was such a big girl that she didn't even cry!! She made a mad face that quickly changed into a sad one but never cried like I expected. I was so proud of her, she really is tough. We don't go back until she is 3.
