I love Saturdays!

I am sure you most of you agree with me! Jason and I are so blessed that we have jobs where we have the weekends off (for the most part). I work all week looking forward to Saturday. We have quite the routine around here! We sleep in....well if you call 7:am sleeping in. For me who usually wakes up at 4:50ish sleeping until 7:00 feels like sleeping until noon :) We cook breakfast and then begin to clean. Okay, so the cleaning part is my least favorite but it has to be done! After we clean and get ready we go out for lunch, shopping, and try to do something fun with Caraline.

I thought this picture was so cute! Caraline really thinks she is vacuuming and really tries to be a big help! She also helps me load the washer (very easy for her since it is a front loader) and she also takes a rag and "dusts" off the tables. I hope she always wants to help, but I have a feeling that when she gets older it won't be as fun for her!

So today was no exception! After cleaning we picked up lunch and headed to one of Caraline's favorite places, Kids Castle. The weather was absolutely beautiful at 57 degrees! We ate a "picnic" lunch and then let Caraline lose in the Castle. Caraline seemed to be able to get around better than the last time we visited back in the summer. She loves playing with other kids which makes us happy that we will soon be bringing a new playmate for her! The only bad part of taking her out to play is getting her to leave. That turns into quite the battle as you can imagine!

I got to take a break from the camera and take a picture with my girl. We are sporting the "windblown" look! Caraline and Daddy take a break from playing to pose for a pictures :)
