4th of July 2008

We were planning on heading to Kentucky for Jason's family reunion but those plans were squashed when I went to the doctor on Thursday. I have started to dilate and no longer allowed to travel. I wish that meant that Jackson was coming soon, but I think he is in for the long haul!

Since we weren't able to go home, we went to our neighborhood gathering at the Perkin's home. There were several kids there for Caraline to play with and tons of yummy food. They also had a phenominal fireworks display! I was worried it was going to be to hot for me to be outside but we were so lucky to have an overcast this year and a wonderful breeze!

Caraline up until this point has always been okay with fireworks but not this year! She had a complete meltdown when they started and we had to take her inside. She and a few other children played inside and watched Alvin and Chipmunks.

I was able to take a few pictures so we hope you enjoy them!

We had to do our family picture in two parts. They turned out great!
