This weekend we were visited by my parents, Grams and Gramps. They usually come down on Labor Day weekend because this is the final weekend of the Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration. My dad used to be a TN Walking Horse trainer and own several horses so he never misses going to the Celebration. It worked out well that we moved to Murfreesboro and live so close to Shelbyville.
On Saturday we all went to eat at Carabas for dinner and then Jason and my dad headed off to the horse show. Since the girls weren't interested in going to the horse show, we headed off for a night of shopping. We decided to head out to the outlet mall in Lebanon. This has become one of my favorite places to shop! Caraline racked up on clothes for fall and winter. I can't wait until it cools off so I can put her in all of her new clothes. She also got a cute pair of brown mary jane shoes to go with all of her new clothes. She is going to be the best dressed kid in daycare :)
My parents headed home on Sunday to get back to work. We really enjoyed their visit and hope to see them again soon.
